All information supplied to us during registration - your name, postal address, email address and telephone number - is used for internal purposes only; to contact you during the image buying process, to process and fulfil your orders and to keep you updated periodically about our Library and our services.

Your activity on this website is recorded in order to improve the functionality of the website and personalise content and the services offered to you. We may use your account information to personalise content and the services offered to you.

You can view the information that is stored about you by clicking 'My account' when you are logged into your account. This information includes the data provided during registration as well as your recent searches, files stored in your lightboxes and in your cart and your order history. You can amend or update your personal data at any time by selecting 'My account' from the navigation bar once you are logged in.

Your username and password are known only to yourself, and to the system administrators. They will not be given out to anyone else at any time. They are stored in a separate secure database, not directly accessible to the internet.

Our site provides you with the opportunity to opt out of receiving communications from us during registration. You may also have your information removed from our mailing database by sending an email to: mm@mariannemajerus.com.
