Marianne Majerus Garden Images is a specialist image library for the professional market supplying the world's finest garden and plant images to publications throughout the world. The Rights Managed collection offers access to over 130,000 images and is based on the body of work created over the past 30 years by internationally renowned and multi award-winning garden photographer, Marianne Majerus.

We offer a wide range of garden features and our knowledgeable and friendly team will be able to help you select the best gardens for your publication. About Marianne Majerus


Marianne Majerus is one of the world's finest garden photographers with over 35 years of experience. She has photographed many of the world's best gardens, including HRH The Prince of Wales's garden at Highgrove. Her sensitive photography is in high demand from international publications. In 2023 and 2018 she was named European Garden Photographer of the Year (IGPOTY in association with Schlosspark Dennenlohe). Previously, in 2015, she was named 'Book Photographer of the Year' by the British Garden Media Guild; by the same organisation in 2013 she was named 'Features Photographer of the Year' and in 2011 she was named 'Garden Photographer of the Year'. Marianne's success continues in the International Garden Photographer of the Year Awards: in 2010 she was named 'International Garden Photographer of the Year'; in 2011 she won first prize in the 'Garden Views' category; and in 2014 she won first prize in the 'Greening the City' category.

She is a regular contributor to many national and international publications, including House and Garden, Gardens Illustrated, Country Life, Homes and Gardens, Country Homes and Interiors, The Garden, The English Garden, The Sunday Times, The Guardian and The Daily Telegraph.

She is a member of the Garden Media Guild (GMG) and Professional Garden Photographers' Association (PGPA).

In 2011 she won the 'Beaux Livres' category of the Luxembourg Book Prize for her book with Francoise Maas, Die geheimen Gaerten Luxemburgs. The same book was also a finalist in the 2011 Garden Media Guild 'Book Photographer of the Year' category.

Marianne has shot prestigious advertising campaigns and undertakes commissioned work for organisations, product designers and garden owners and designers. Marianne's photography is regularly commissioned by garden designers for use as part of their award submissions. POST Luxembourg recently launched a set of stamps with Marianne's rose portraits.

Also a successful portrait photographer, Marianne Majerus's pictures are in the collections of The National Portrait Gallery in London, The Arts Council of Great Britain and the Centre National de l'Audiovisuel in Luxembourg.
